When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has taken steps to comply the order of this Court dated 28.7.2015. In support of her submission, she has also produced a copy of the communication made in Na.Ka.No.4058/A3/2015, dated 23.3.2016 sent by the respondent to her and a copy thereof has also been circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
