Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records form the 6th respondent relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka. No. 413/E/2020, dated 29.09.2021 and 09.03.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to issue patta to the petitioners for the residential land measuring extent of 1800 sq.ft. and not demolish the residential house till then.
