ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge, Krishnagiri to dispose of the suit in OS No.328 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel for the petitioners, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is nearly 60 years old, and considering his health and illness, prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.328 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2023.

4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
