The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though this Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order allowing the application in I.A.No.1 of 2016 to file additional written statement in O.S.No.235 of 2001, the interim stay was not extended, and the additional written statement has been taken on file and the trial has been proceeded with. Further, he would submit that nothing survives to decide in the above revision petition. As such, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
