This petition is filed to condone the delay of 114 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.7,600/-in the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 114 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600 001.
