The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.10.2022 and to take appropriate action.

2. Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, he is the 6th ward member of Thodukadu Panchayat, Thiruvallur District. Further, the petitioner submitted the representation dated 17.10.2022, to the first respondent, leveling certain allegations against the President of the Panchayat. The main grievance of the writ petitioner is, his representation dated 17.10.2022, is not considered by the first respondent in accordance with law.

In view of the limited prayer made in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2022, on merits and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
