ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioners have filed this application to direct the Registrar General to return the amount of Rs.120,00,00,000/- [Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Crores] along with accumulated interest, if any, to one GRT Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, Chennai.

2. Mr.Shravan, appearing for respondent No.1, who was represented by Shri Ravi on 6.3.2025, has no objection for grant of the relief prayed for.

3. Mr.Sai Sathyajith states copy of the application has been served on all other respondents as well and undertakes to file affidavit of service.

4. Since in paragraph 15 of the order dated 6.3.2025 we have stated the sale certificate shall be handed over simultaneously with the receipt of

the amount of Rs.120 crores either from the Registrar General or directly, and we are informed sale certificate has already been issued because GRT Hotels and Resorts Private Limited has paid Rs.120 crores directly, the prayer is granted.

5. The Registrar General is directed to pay the sum of Rs.120,00,00,000/- [Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Crores] along with accumulated interest, if any, without any deductions except TDS, if any, to GRT Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, Chennai, to their Bank Account bearing No.00040330011069 maintained in HDFC Bank with IFSC Code: HDFC0000004, R.K.Salai Branch, Chennai.
