COMMON PRAYER : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the petitioners' name for the land to extent of 0.40.0 cent in Survey Nos.331/1B, 331/1D, 331/1F, 331/1E and an extent of 0.76.5 cent in Survey No.331/1A respectively at Punjaikilpatti Village, Erode Taluk & District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2018.

For Petitioners : Mr.T.N.Rangesh Kanna For Respondents : Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R By consent of both the parties, all the Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.These Writ Petitions are filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the petitioners' name for the land measuring extent of 0.40.0 cent in Survey Nos.331/1B, 331/1D, 331/1F, 331/1E and an extent of 0.76.5 cent in Survey No.331/1A respectively at Punjaikilpatti Village, Erode Taluk & District, by considering the petitioners' representation dated 10.07.2018.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 10.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners and any of the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions stand disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
