The Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the impugned order and decretal order in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.P.No.845 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2.The parties were referred to mediation by this Court and it is informed that the parties have settled the dispute among themselves and a settlement agreement dated 11.01.2025 has been entered into and signed by the revision petitioner, her counsel as well as the respondent and his counsel. The confirming party has also signed. The parties are also present. The settlement agreement is taken on file and the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of settlement agreement. The terms of the settlement agreement shall form part of this order. No costs.
