In this case, the 2nd respondent United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Salem Road, Tiruchengode, is arrayed as a 2nd respondent. The notice was served, but none entered appearance. When the Court was about to set the 2nd respondent exparte, Mr.J.Chandran, the learned counsel offered to enter appearance for the 2nd respondent. He is now required to file his vakalat for the 2nd respondent.

2.Heard both sides. This petition stands allowed. The delay of 130 days in filing the above appeal is hereby condoned.

3.The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.J.Chandran, for United India Insurance Co. Ltd., and number the above C.M.A.SR.No.28571 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
