The application has been filed seeking permission to the second defendant to file an additional written statement. The second defendant had already filed her written statement. Thereafter, the defendant Nos. 3 to 6 had been impleaded on their application as parties to the suit. They claim that they have a share in Schedule - D property. Questioning that stand and raising allegations as against the Defendant Nos. 3 to 6, the second defendant has now filed this application seeking to file additional written statement.

2.In view of the fact that the entire aspects could be termed as one bundle of pleadings, the application stands allowed. 3.The additional written statement of the D2 to be taken on record. 4.Any reply statement either by the plaintiff or defendant Nos. 3 to 6 may be filed within a period of two weeks.
