The learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants / claimants seeks a week's time to comply with the conditional order dated 01.10.2019.

2. Accepting the said submission, time is granted till 04.11.2019, to comply with the conditions granted in this CMP, by this Court, on 01.10.2019. It is made clear that if the condition is not complied within the time stipulated, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
