O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.06.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 I.P.C.in Crime No.2085 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.06.2020 the petitioner along with other accused abused the de-facto complainant with filthy language and also robbed a sum of Rs. 5,000/- at knife point from him.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was arrayed as A2 and the investigation is pending. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested only on 03.06.2020 and hence prays for dismissal of this bail petition.

5.Taking into consideration of the facts of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested very recently,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
