PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decretal order dated 11.11.2011 made in I.A.Nos.18167 & 18166 of 2010 in O.S.No.8378 of 2011 on the file of the XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the fair and decretal order dated 11.11.2011 made in I.A.Nos.18167 & 18166 of 2010 in O.S.No.8378 of 2011 on the file of the XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Both the civil revision petitions are filed against the order of interim injunction granted by the trial Court in I.A.Nos.18167 and 18166 of 2010. At the time of admission, this Court by order dated 18.11.2011 suspended the order of interim injunction granted by the trial Court and appointed Mr.P.Haribabu, as Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit property and file a report.

3. In view of the relief as sought for and the order passed by this Court, the civil revision petitions are disposed of directing the learned XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.8378 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible in any event within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Registry is directed to send a report filed by the Advocate Commissioner for consideration of the learned trial

Judge.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
