Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified to call for the records relating to the order No.AO (Unit II) Med.Charges/2014/H, dated 02.05.2015 passed by the 5th respondent rejecting the claim for total medical reimbursement to the petitioner and to quash the same and a direction may be given to the respondents to reimburse the excess amount of Rs.4,75,506/- being disallowed portion, together with interest at 18% from the date of payment by the petitioner i.e., September 2012 to till the date of reimbursement of the said amount.
