ORDER
This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1 to 4 respondents in Crl.O.P.No.20063 of 2024 by an order dated 11.09.2024. 1/4
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 4 on the ground that the documents relied by them are false.
3. When this Court put a question as to the falsity over the documents, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not in a position to immediately demonstrate before this Court.
4. At this juncture, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the subsequent investigation found that the FIR was a mistake of fact and the same was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate.
5. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he received SMS in this regard and he already moved application before this Court challenging the closure report.
6. Considering the peculiar circumstances, this Court finds no reason to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents ( 1 to 4). 2/4
