ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the first Respondent not to harass her and her family members any more in future on the pretext of false complaint said to have been given against her by any one in future.

2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by one *Pushphalatha, the petition enquiry is being conducted. Further, the dispute is between the landlord and the tenant. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, she can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
