ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 23.03.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.516 of 2021, seeks bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The petitioner herein was arrested on 23.03.2022, based on the complaint given by one Jagadeesan, alleging that this petitioner has collected a total sum of Rs.23,18,000/- from him and other persons promising to get a job in the Electricity Board, Transport and Rural Development Department. From the reading of the F.I.R, it indicates that the defacto complainant himself as accomplice to the crime made attempt to get job in the Government Department through the back door. The respondent police ought to have arrested the defacto complainant also along with the petitioner herein and other persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Be it as may, as far as this petitioner is concerned, there are material to show that he has collected money from various persons promising for Government jobs and the investigation is at very initial stage. The respondent police is directed to arrest all the accomplices, who have attempted to secure public employment by back door and probe the matter impartially in accordance with law. With this observation, this criminal original petition for bail is dismissed.
