No.33509/2017) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUKUNTH FOR M/S.SARVABHAUMAN ASSO., Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that electricity connection as well as water and sewerage connections were disconnected. It is further represented that the petitioners are ready to vacate the subject property within a period of two months. But, however we are not inclined to grant two months'time and are willing to give only one month time, provided the petitioners file an affidavit of undertaking to that effect within 48 hours from today, into the Registry.
