Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider her representation dated 25.07.2017 for implementing the order dated 29.01.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent for changing her name in

the patta as patta holder in respect of the land measuring an extent of 0.09.0 and 1.93.0 Hectares, respectively comprised in Survey Nos.241/1 and 241/2A situated in Sothupakkam Village, Cheyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, within a time frame.

3. Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner giving a representation as early as on 25.07.2017, the 3rd the respondent has not passed any order for changing the name of the petitioner in the patta.

4.Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017 and pass orders,

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
