This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for corrections in the award dated 20.06.2024 passed by the 1st respondent in award No.11 and make necessary corrections with respect to the extent of land acquired by the respondents as 1162 sq.ft instead of 0.00.5 ares (538 sq.ft) in Survey No.158/10B, Kallakurichi Village, Kallakurichi District and to pay compensation with respect to the left out extent of land. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to 2/4

the 1st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2024 in line with Section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and pass final orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
