ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition inter alia alleging that in the elephant corridors, the TASMAC shop is likely to be opened.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that no such proposal is there to open any shop in the elephant corridors.

3. The shop which was in the elephant corridor has been closed. Inasmuch as a stand has been taken by the fourth respondent that no shop would be opened in elephant corridors, the writ petition stands closed recording the aforesaid statement. We make it clear that the while shops can be opened in the village of Masinakudi, no such shop can be opened in the elephant corridors.
