SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.MAYILSAMY, Advocate for the Respondent, this court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 29.07.2021, directed the learned II Additional District & Sessions Court, Tiruppur, to dispose of O.S.No.456 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said O.S could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 18.11.2021, sought for six months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today. 2.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
