This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to file charge sheet including the offence under Information Technology Act against the accused in respect of Crime No.4 of 2014 dated 01.02.2014 on the file of the respondent police.
2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2014 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.1081 of 2015.
