ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent to call for the records relating to FIR No.991/2015 dated 14.10.2015 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed and filed a charge sheet in Crime No.991 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur.
3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
