The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"This Writ Petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file through affected person." 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition in the individual names of those who are affected. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
