(CR.NO.105 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.6660/2022 dated 24.03.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6660 of 2022, dated 24.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly and that the final report is not yet filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer once in a week i.e., every Monday, till filing of the final report.
