ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and alter the FIR registered in Crime No.369 of 2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, investigation has been done and the case has been referred as mistake of fact. She further submitted that after sending notice to the petitioner, a report also has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that the petitioner has not received any information, with regard to filing of Referred Charge Sheet. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent is directed to send one more notice to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the filing of Referred Charge Sheet within a week from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any another remedy which is available under the law.
