This application is presented by the petitioner to bring on record the proposed 2nd to 4th respondents as the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit in support of this application and also taking note of the fact that the learned counsel for the 1st respondents has also made his no objection in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent, this application is allowed as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the above original petition.
