O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that one Veda has given a complaint against the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to cooperate with the eqnuiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
