ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2015.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 01.07.2015.
