2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. In the light of the fact that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar nature and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
