O R D E R

The petition seeks Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for laying pipeline beneath the common pathway in South to North direction between the lands in S.Nos.31/7A1 & 31/7B1 and S.Nos.31/7C1 and 31/7C2 for the purpose of availing drinking water connection for the petitioner's house bearing Door no.2/39-3 situated in S.No.31/7A1.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that three persons, by name, Doraisamy, Raja and Dhanalakshmi are preventing him from laying the pipeline. Hence, the petitioner had given complaint to the 1st respondents herein. However, no action has been taken by the 1st respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the complaint given by the petitioner was acknowledged in C.S.R.No.88 of 2023 and the 2nd respondent would take action in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent shall summon the petitioner and the above said three persons, namely, Doraisamy, Raja and Dhanalakshmi, conduct enquiry and take further action in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
