Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought to cancel the recovery order dated 31.03.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request made by the petitioner before the first respondent has not been considered so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no such order is passed by the first respondent so far. No costs.
