O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 06.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19709 of 2015.

2. This Court passed an order dated 06.07.2015 in

W.P.No.19709 of 2015 which reads as follows:

This writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, namely, Joint Director (Personnel), who, on receipt of such representation, is directed to dispose of the same in the light of the Judgments referred to above and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of proceedings in Na.Ka.No.70682/A4/E3/2015, dated 17.02.2016, issued by the Joint Director of School Education, wherein a request is made to the Government to pass appropriate orders.

4. In these circumstances, I am inclined to suo motu implead the 2nd respondent/ The Secretary to Government, Education Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 in this contempt petition.

5. The 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the said proposal sent by the 1st respondent/Joint Director(Personnel),

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The contempt petition is closed accordingly.
