Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records pertaining to the order No.102/DIPS/2017 dated 21.05.2017 issued by the second respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct Public Meeting on 28.05.2017 at 5.00 p.m. near the Sirkazhi Town Old Bus Stand on the issue "let us save agriculture" or on any subsequent days.

ORDER

Since the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authority concerned. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition. In view of the same, liberty is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
