ORDER
The petitioner is an Assistant Inspector of Labour. Earlier, she filed a writ petition in W.P.No.10365 of 2015 challenging the order of suspension issued against her. This Court, by order dated 09.04.2015, disposed of the above said writ petition directing the 1st respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings arising out of the suspension order dated 20.03.2015 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. This court did not interfere with the order of suspension. However, the order of this court has not been complied with and the disciplinary proceeding is not over within two months as directed by this court.
While so, a charge memorandum under Rule 17(b) of The Tamil Nadu Civil Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules was issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent. Challenging the above said charge memorandum, the petitioner filed another Writ Petition in W.P.No.17188 of 2015. Seeking to quash the order of the 2nd respondent dated 20.03.2015 placing the petitioner under suspension, she has come forward with this writ petition.
2. I have heard the submissions made on either side.

In view of the order passed today in W.P.No.17188 of 2015 directing the 1st respondent to complete the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, this court is not inclined to interfere with the order of suspension as the entire disciplinary proceeding would be completed within a period of eight weeks. This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. It is made clear that if the enquiry is not over by eight weeks as directed in W.P.No.17188 of 2015, the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioner for revoking the order of suspension.
