O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in C.M.P.No.862 of 2018 in C.M.A.No.53 of 2018.

2.The said Civil Miscellaneous Appeal itself was filed, challenging the interim order of injunction granted by the learned XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.2274 of 2018 in O.S.No.5474 of 2017. 3.It is seen by order dated 29.11.2018 that this Court has vacated the interim injunction granted by the trial Court. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Revision Petition. The order had already directed the trial Court, viz., the XII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to consider the I.A.No.9854 of 2018, which had been filed for appointment of Advocate Commissioner and it is informed that order has been reserved in the above matter.

4.On account of the above submissions and the order detailed above, nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous. The learned Judge is directed to proceed with the suit as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
