Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 21.04.2017 to reconsider the claim for free agricultural service connection, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2017, the respondents have not considered the same yet. 4.Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2017 and pass orders, accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
