BY ITS PROPRIETOR ASHOK KUMAR JAIN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant order further Extension of time to comply with the conditions of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.2878/2022 as ordered by order dated 03.02.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.1082/2022 in Crl.RC.No.104/2022 and pass such further or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.R.RAJAGOPALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of NO APPEARANCE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply with the conditional order to deposit 30% of the cheque amount imposed by this Court earlier, by order dated 03.02.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1082 of 2022.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons mentioned in the petition, three weeks time from today (06.07.2022) is extended to comply with the order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3.It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted and if the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount, the order of suspension of sentence granted shall stand automatically vacated.
