The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition as not pressed. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the Petition.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement made, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
