O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.09.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is a case of the petitioner that the opposite parties have obtained a false community certificate and they have also obtained Government job based on that.

4. On a complaint of this nature, the respondent police cannot be directed to register an FIR and it is necessary that a representation be given to the District Collector for conducting enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if it appears that the opposite parties have obtained a bogus certificate, thereafter, police complaint can be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lodged.

With the above observation, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the District Collector for conducting enquiry.
