JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the dispute between the parties had been settled out of Court and hence, he prays for withdrawal of the Second Appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
