This Writ Petition is filed prays for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 01.03.2023 for issuance of No Objection Certificate to run a SPA. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondents would consider the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
