This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records in Crime.No.459 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

3. In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
