In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 16.06.2021, whereby the writ petition was dismissed and posted today for reporting compliance, it is stated that the petitioner herein had filed W.A.No.2702 of 2021 and the same was already dismissed on 20.10.2021.

2. Hence, the fifth respondent herein is directed to proceed under the provisions of the Revenue Recovery Act, for recovering the amount covered under the award passed in W.C.No.167 of 2007 by the fourth respondent herein. The fifth respondent herein shall complete such proceedings of recovery atleast within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The present order shall form a part of the earlier order dated 16.06.2021 passed in this writ petition.
