ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the order which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied with, by stating that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as against the award, WP.No.38061 of 2015 has been filed and interim order is granted.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would also submit that the said writ petition was also disposed of on 25.04.2018 subject to certain conditions and the time limit granted to comply with the same is said to have expired.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However in the event of non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.38061 of 2015, the petitioners are at always at liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law before the Competent Forum.
