Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.8382 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.15710/2020 dated 21.12.2020, that he shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month, until further orders, and thereby relax the above condition. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.EZHIL CAROLINE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8382 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15710 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 21.12.2020 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily on the first and third Monday of every month, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 06.10.2020 in Crl.OP.No.15710 of 2020 stand unaltered.
