Mr.C.Prakasam would try to rely upon the redemption of mortgage deed to substantiate his case. This document had not been filed before the Court below, and sought to be introduced in the Second Appeal seeking the invitation of this Court to exercise the power under Order XLI Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. As I have come to the conclusion that the agreement itself reeks of suspicion, I have denied the relief of specific performance. I do not find any necessity to receive the additional documents.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
