custody on 28.05.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1-A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.603 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has involved in 13 previous cases. She is a habitual offender and she was found guilty and convicted in 10 cases. 3.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has involved in 13 previous cases and she was convicted in 10 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The petitioner is at liberty to renew this petition at a later point of time.
